Arrow F Apparel – Wholesale Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Wholesale orders are processed within 5-15 business days, depending on order size and product availability.

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods

  • Orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, selected at our discretion.

  • Shipping method and carrier are based on order size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or added to the invoice.

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery & Transit

  • Once an order has shipped, Arrow F Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays, including those caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Arrow F Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.

  • If a package arrives damaged, retailers must notify us within 5 business days of delivery and provide photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Address Accuracy

  • Retailers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be reshipped at the retailer’s expense.

Partial Shipments

  • In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages or partial shipments.

  • Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

International Shipping (if applicable)

  • International retailers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Arrow F Apparel is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
