Arrow F Apparel – Wholesale Return Policy

All wholesale sales are final.
Due to the nature of wholesale pricing and production, Arrow F Apparel does not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.

  • To submit a claim, email [your email] with:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

Once approved, we will offer replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Approved claims do not require the item to be returned unless otherwise requested.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom, private label, or made-to-order products

  • Items damaged due to improper handling, washing, or resale after delivery

  • Unsold merchandise

Shipping

  • Arrow F Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier damage once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not started.

  • Once an order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
